Gender Sensitization

Gender sensitization implies accepting the basic rights associated with gender equality among all persons, and non-discrimination towards those whose gender identity places them in a situation of disadvantage or vulnerability, in the context of educational institutions such as universities and colleges, which are places where people work, study and often live together over several years.
